Regulatory and Trade Mark Specialist Dr.Max Private Label

Dr. Max Private Label includes licensed (Rx and OTC medicines), and non-licensed products (food supplements, cosmetics, vitamins, medical devices, etc.) As Dr. Max Private Label is growing, we are expanding the non-licensed products team and looking for Regulatory Affairs Specialist who will be responsible for regulatory compliance for non-licensed portfolio. The agenda will cover three areas – regulatory, trade mark and contract support. What will be your responsibilities?
  • Within regulatory affairs agenda, in cooperation with external advisors, you will manage the notification process & system of food supplements, medical devices and cosmetics in all relevant markets
  • You will keep the notification database up-to date in the Helios system
  • Within trade mark support agenda, you will support the trade mark process for relevant brands within non-licensed & licensed portfolio system to ensure TM protection for selected brands
  • You will keep the trade mark database up-to date in the Helios system
  • Within the contract support agenda and in cooperation with the sourcing department, external legal advisors and Non-licensed Medical & development teams you will review supplier contracts and prepare them for signature
  • You will also provide support with product releases and other regulatory related agenda for non-licensed portfolio
What do we expect from you?
  • University degree, Life Science or Pharmaceutical or Medical, fresh graduate
  • Experience with regulatory affairs, trade marks and legal would be an advantage
  • Willingness to learn
  • Ability to work independently and keep timelines
  • Attention to details and ability to manage complexity
  • Stress resistant
  • Flexibility in dealing with different cultures
  • Communication skills (ability to work in cross-functional teams)
  • Fluent English (native Czech or Slovak or Polish or Romanian)
  • Ability to handle change (of rapidly growing company, team, processes)
