What will be your responsibilities?
    • Develop Centre of Excellence for Replenishment on Dr.Max Group level
    • Harmonize performance KPIs related to Inventory (Service Levels, Coverages, Methodologies, System settings and replenishment algorithms)
    • Drive Organizational transformation (Planners performance metrics, integration E-commerce teams into core) measuring and improving performance
    • Deploy best in class demand planning practices, forecast reviews and sequencing/optimization logic for stock deployment
    • Deploy a monthly detailed report on Inventory performance across all relevant Business areas (Private Label, Wholesale Warehouses, E-commerce Warehouses and Pharmacies) demonstrating continuous measurable improvements
    • Assure coordination of actions between all relevant departments (sourcing, purchasing, replenishment, purchasing, logistics and retail)
    • Assure alignment in usage and optimal cost of supporting replenishment systems (Planning Wizard and Dataklass) centralizing decision and overseeing parameterization
    • Support implementation of high impact transformational measures:
      • o Stock positioning in Romania following branch consolidation strategies
      • o Stock positioning in Private label across stock points and supporting packaging initiative
      • o Measures on Listing and delisting of articles (mainly E-commerce), x-docking strategies, write-off avoidance


    • Achieve improvements in the following areas:
    • o Reduced DIO across all Business areas (Core, E-commerce, Retail) – significant decrease in NWC
    • o Improved service levels leading to improved sales and customer satisfaction
    • o Harmonized, efficient organizational structure with lower overhead costs and higher productivity (specially trough merge of E-commerce and Core teams when existing)
    • o Permanent focus and much better information for Management making benchmark measures stronger and optimal
    • o Support in advancing faster with key processes like branch reduction, stock strategy in Supply Chain (automated warehouses, E-commerce…) and Private Label Supply Chain
What do we expect from you?
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in relevant demand planning / forecasting activities in complex environments
  • Solid understanding of inventory management practices, tools and procedures.
  • Availability to travel around 50% of the working time (mostly within CEE Countries)
  • Strong mathematical and statistical knowledge
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel user
  • Capacity to multi-task in fast paced environment with hands-on approach
  • Highly resilient in pursuing results
  • Fluency in English written and spoken and ideally another CEE language with good communication & relational skills
