Dr. Max Private Label includes licensed (Rx and OTC medicines), and non-licensed products (food supplements, cosmetics, vitamins, medical devices, etc.) As the team is currently growing, Dr.Max Private Label team is searching for a Pharmaceutical Affairs Specialist who will support quality and regulatory areas of new projects in the licensed products department of Private Label. He/she will closely cooperate with Head of Private Label Licensed Products to ensure regulatory and quality compliance for licensed products portfolio. What will be your responsibilities?
  •  Support of quality system to ensure compliance with Good Distribution & Pharmacovigilance Practices
  • Cooperation during inspection / internal audits
  • Support of licensed product release to markets
  • Communication with suppliers on daily basis
  • Executive support of new projects in the private label
  • Translation of Product Information to the local languages
  • Cooperation with other internal teams and service providers
  • Review and approval of artworks
  • Publishing of eCTD sequences
  • Supplier visits as needed
  • On-going learning of the regulatory / legal environment related to the licensed products
What do we expect from you?
  • University degree, Life Science or Pharmaceutical or Medical is a must
  • Experience is not required
  • Fluent English (native Czech or Slovak)
  • Willingness to learn, ability to work independently and keep timelines
  • Attention to details and ability to manage complexity
  • Ability to handle change of a rapidly growing company, team, processes
  • Excellent communication skills and n flexibility in dealing with different cultures
  • PC skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
