Group Content Strategist

The Dr. Max BDC (the EU Group headquarters) is expanding the structure of the Marketing & Communication team, and we are looking for a Content Manager to join us. What will be your responsibilities?
  • Content strategy & implementation:
    • Content strategy: reviewing and optimizing existing content, collaborating with countries and other teams to develop and implement a Group content strategy that aligns with business objectives
    • Content Management: defining content pillars and overseeing the creation, editing, and scheduling of content across various countries and platforms
    • Content Creation: developing original and engaging content for countries on health and wellness topics, ensuring accuracy and adherence to brand guidelines
    • o Content streamlining: cooperate and synchronise best performing content within the countries (create once, deploy many times)
    • Data analysis: monitoring content performance and analysing data to identify areas for improvement
    • Staying Up-to-Date: keeping abreast of the latest trends and insights in the health and wellness industry, and ensuring content reflects current research and best practices
What do we expect from you?
  • Hard Skills:
    • A minimum of 3 years of experience in content creation and management
    • Experience with content management systems (CMS)
    • Excellent writing skills in english with a clear and concise style, building the story behind
    • Knowledge of HTML/Microsoft Office & basic graphic tools
    • Good understanding of SEO and performance marketing drivers
  • Soft skills:
    • Effective communication & collaboration skills: you’ll be a contact person for 6 countries and other teams
    • Learning on the fly and flexibility: you’ll work with different culture and business objectives on markets
    • Proactive approach & ownership: you’ll be leading Dr. Max Group content stream
  • Bonus points:
    • Google Analytics skills or other analytics tools
    • Global working experience with multiple markets
    • Illustration & drawing skills
  • Languages:
    • English: Advanced proficiency required
    • At least one other language Czech, Slovak, Polish, Romanian, Italian advanced proficiency required
