What will be your responsibilities?
  • Managing, leading, and supervising a team of 6 Group Financial Analysts
  • Manage the annual cycle of Forecasting and Budgeting, monthly management reporting to Dr .Max Group management and shareholders
  • Comprehensive review and analysis of the monthly financial performance of local operational businesses within the Dr. Max Group. Identify recommendations to senior management on operational and strategic improvements and decisions.
  • Active involvement and driving force in further development and improvement of FP&A management reporting system (i.e. Jedox, PowerBI), processes, and reporting landscape
  • Internal advisor and standard setter for local FP&A teams
  • Support the annual KPI setting and evaluation process for Group Executive Members
  • Ad hoc projects (e.g. support senior refinancing activity, support integration progress of newly acquired entities, ad hoc analysis based on business needs, etc.)
What do we expect from you?
  • Confident, resilient, and self-standing personality with natural leadership instincts, proven ability to build and lead high-performance teams, and an intrinsic level of curiosity
  • Proactive business acumen incl. continuous improvement mindset – you like to understand finance and business processes, value drivers, and metrics - beyond pure financial KPIs
  • University degree in Finance; CIMA, CFA or ACCA is an advantage
  • Relevant experience on a similar role at least 5 years (FP&A, financial controlling, corporate finance)
  • Excellent professional knowledge of financial statement triage (P&L, CF, BS), FP&A processes, advanced Excel and Powerpoint capabilities; PowerBI is a plus
  • Intrinsically motivated team player who acts as a role model, has a high degree of integrity and focuses on collaboration
  • Fluent English and Czech/Slovak
