Pharmaceutical Affairs Specialist - Dr. Max Own Label

Our pharmacies are currently present in 6 countries (Czech Republic, Slovakia, Poland, Romania, Serbia, Italy) with great expansion plans across Europe for the near future. As the Dr. Max Own Label team continues to expand, we are actively seeking a Pharmaceutical Affairs Specialist who will be responsible for quality and regulatory support of new and ongoing projects for medicinal products.
Required education: University Degree
Required languages: Czech or Slovak, English (advanced)
Employment form: Full-time work
- Cooperation with the Qualified/Responsible Persons to ensure compliance with Good Distribution Practice (GDP)
- Ensuring compliance with Good Distribution and Manufacturing Practices through active support of the quality system
- Collaborating effectively during inspections and internal audits to maintain regulatory standards
- Facilitating the smooth release of products to markets by providing essential support
- Engaging in daily communication with suppliers to uphold seamless operations
- Providing executive support for change control procedures to drive procedural excellence
- On-going learning of the regulatory / legal environment related to the medicinal products
- University degree - Pharmaceutical, Medical, Life Science or Chemistry
- Some previous relevant experience is a big plus
- Willingness to learn, ability to work independently and keep timelines
- Attention to details and ability to manage complexity
- Advanced English, fluent level of Czech/Slovak
