Business Analyst for Pricing

Dr. Max is constantly growing, and we are stepping forward to fulfil our mission to be real omnichannel company with both strong brick & mortar and online presence. Currently we are expanding the structure of Group Pricing team and searching for Business Analyst for Pricing, who will be responsible for the complex activities around group pricing processes. Your main responsibilities in this role will be to support Dynamic Pricing Team in a role of business analyst and participate in development of the pricing platform for 6 countries and two channels. Key role of this position is to be a translator between the business teams and the technical team members by making them understand each other’s requisite. You will be part of an exciting project with an impact on daily business of a leading pharmacy chain in Europe.

What will be your responsibilities?
  • Work closely with the product owner and business teams to understand the business needs and priorities of the project and transform the business requirements into technical specifications 
  • Interact with the development team on daily basis to fully understand technical aspects of the project and be able to explain technical aspects to the stakeholders
  • Cooperate with the product owner and technical team to create business and technical documentation of the project
  • Support the team with deeper analysis of all the process and help identify project’s weak spots and automation areas
  • Monitor and analyze country pricing processes and participate on developing group pricing strategy
  • Support country pricing teams with pricing analysis and insights
  • Cooperate with pricing teams to define and monitor the key KPI for the initiatives and provide accurate interpretation and consistent reporting metrics
What do we expect from you?
  • 2+ years’ experience in similar analytical role, ideally from pricing/revenue management/FP&A background
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Excel (pivots, formulas) Power BI basic knowledge
  • Czech/Slovak and Fluency in English
  • Strong analytical skills, ability to interpret data
  • Good communication and presentation skill
  • Previous experience in working in agile projects is an advantage
  • Experience in working with remote teams is an advantage
