E-commerce Integration Product Owner

Dr.Max BDC is the Group HQ of Dr.Max, where common solutions for 6 countries are made. Our mission is to be omnipresent serving our customers, as a retail pharmacy chain and online. Therefore, we have built common e-commerce solution, which is already implemented in 5 countries, with great expansion plans. Currently we are searching for new member to join IT E-commerce team as an E-commerce Integration Product owner. You will by Product Owner cooperating with teams, which are developing our integration platform, which links our E-commerce platform and ERP, CRM, WMS, POS etc.

What will be your responsibilities?
  • Interact with developers, application owners, system administrators and all third-party vendors to maintain a strong support team and quality production environment
  • Provide the development teams with product management support in the ideation, submission, delivery, and enhancement of the product roadmap globally through decomposition of high-level business requirements into functional and quality requirements
  • Work cross-functionally with Business Owners, Stakeholders and Technology team to design and specify large complex business solutions
  • Ensure that goals, scope, and product domain are understood by technology team on requested quality level
  • Work with the Business Owner to understand the business priorities and items to be groomed in upcoming sprints and help team to prioritize the workload
  • Follow that defining compliance requirements and support their implementation into systems
  • Foster an environment of successful delivery and continuous improvement
  • Facilitate discussions, decision making and conflict resolution
  • Develop a good understanding of the business owners function and effectively communicate technical issues in non-technical terms to the business owners
What do we expect from you?
  • 3+ years of Business Analyst/Product Owner experience, ideally from integration projects
  • 1+ year of agile techniques experience on a cross-functional team in a medium to large organization
  • Knowledge and experience of major integration points between an e-Commerce application with ERP, Financial and Retail Systems
  • Ability to distill complex concepts and business needs into prioritized, implementable value-based components.
  • Knowledge and experience of business analysis, business process modeling, e-Commerce system integrations & drawing tools
  • You should be able to apply specific knowledge of the business and knowledge of systems technology capabilities to business problem solving
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills
  • Must have strong written skills, with the ability to convey clear and concise thoughts and ideas
  • Should have good interpersonal skills to deal with user community and vendors
  • Extremely organized, diligent, detail-oriented and self-motivated
  • Must have a clear vision of a projects objectives and be able to maintain a long term view
  • Ability to multi-task and coordinate multiple projects / release concurrently
