Group CRM Lead

Currently we are expanding the structure of Group CRM team and searching for Group CRM Lead, who will be responsible for the complex activities around customer lifecycle management. You will serve as CRM business intelligence leader, utilizing analytics to drive customer-centric action plans. The Group CRM Lead should have a clear understanding of how to leverage consumer behavioral, lifestyle, transactional, and demographic data in order to deliver relevant marketing programs through multiple communication channels with a vision of growing consumer loyalty and increasing their lifetime value to the business. The position of CRM Manager demands extensive cross-functional collaboration, good communication skills, excellent project managerial skills, creative skills, and a process-focused atitude that will enable the CRM Manager to effectively execute multiple responsibilities and deliverables. You will collaborate primarily with Commercial, Digital and e-Commerce teams to develop new approaches towards customers communication effective business analysis. What will be your responsibilities?
  • Lead a smaller team, which acts as CoE for Customer Lifecycle Management
  • Cooperation with other departments in Dr.Max Group and local markets (BI, marketing, sales) on bringing customer focused strategy in life
  • Develop and continuously test & improve new customer journeys, which assure Dr.Max incremental revenue
  • Develop, execute & optimize retention strategies
  • Ensure execution of omni-channel marketing communication through cooperation with local teams
  • Quantify the business impact of all CLM activities and continue to evaluate and refine them to maximize their effectiveness
  • Collaborate with Commercial teams to define and monitor the key KPI for the initiative, transform customer data into actionable insights and provide accurate interpretation and consistent reporting metrics
  • Be expert in personalization and ideally marketing automation
  • Collect knowledge, raise collaboration among local teams and help with building new CRM expertise among them
  • Be up-to-date with the latest CLM strategies
What do we expect from you?
  • Proven experience in CRM / direct marketing communication
  • At least 5+ years’ experience in the field
  • Practical knowledge of marketing automation tools
  • Leadership and cooperation with local countries on execution of marketing campaigns
  • Good communication skills and ability to lead smaller team
  • Strong stakeholder management, including presenting to all levels of an organization
