Group E-commerce Product Owner - Checkout team
Dr.Max BDC is the Group HQ of Dr.Max, where common solutions for 6 countries are made. Our mission is to be omnipresent serving our customers, as a retail pharmacy chain and online. Therefore, we have built common e-commerce solution, which is already implemented in 5 countries, with great expansion plans. Currently we are searching for E-commerce Product Owner to join our team. You will be part of product development team, which consist of backend and frontend developers, Business Analyst, Tester and Scrum Master. Your team will be focusing on Checkout part of our E-commerce Platform.
Required education: High school diploma
Required languages: Czech, Slovak or other CEE language (Proficient), English (Advanced)

- Incorporate feature requests in product roadmap and deny misleading requests
- Prepare and prioritize backlog
- Develop User stories and define acceptance criteria
- Set sprint goals and evaluate
- Plan releases or have overview about current schedule in cooperation with IT and business
- Follow progress of work and address production issues during sprints
- Analyze preferences and requests of end users
- Refine our agile methodology based on results and format feedback
- Research and analyze market, the users and the roadmap for the product
- Follow our competitors and the industry and keep track of retail trends
- Keep abreast with agile/scrum best practices and new trends
- Stakeholders management
- Good communication skills (ability to communicate different messages to different people about the project at any given time)
- 2+ years Product Owner experience, ideally from E-commerce projects
- 1+ year of agile techniques experience on a cross-functional team in a medium to large organization
- Ability to distill complex concepts and business needs into prioritized, implementable value-based components.
- Knowledge and experience of business analysis, business process modeling, e-Commerce system integrations & drawing tools
- You should be able to apply specific knowledge of the business and knowledge of systems technology capabilities to business problem solving
- Knowledge and experience of major integration points between an e-Commerce application with ERP, Financial and Retail Systems
- Excellent communication and analytical skills
- Must have strong written skills, with the ability to convey clear and concise thoughts and ideas
- Should have good interpersonal skills to deal with user community and vendors
- Extremely organized, diligent, detail-oriented and self-motivated
- Must have a clear vision of a projects objectives and be able to maintain a long term view
- Ability to multi-task and coordinate multiple projects / release concurrently
