Group Indirect Procurement Manager

Due to the expansion we are looking for someone to join our team in Group headquarter in Prague to participate in managing indirect procurement agenda for the Group. This is a newly open position as we are searching to identify opportunities for rapidly growing business through group activities and negotiations. In this role you will report to Group Indirect Procurement Director. What will be your responsibilities?
  • Be responsible for +/- 40m Euro spend in indirect material, services and CAPEX across Czech Republic, Slovakia, Poland, Romania, Italy & Serbia
  • As a part of regional procurement organization, lead almost exclusively, multinational procurement initiatives
  • Negotiate contracts with suppliers
  • Analyze purchasing data (including TCO when applicable) and prepare recommendation based on indirect procurement projects results
  • Analyze markets & trends, understand cost model and cost drivers
  • Work on Value Analysis projects finding alternative specification
  • Successfully manage supplier relationships
  • Report on main KPI’s (saving / cost avoidance / payment term extension, complexity reduction etc. )
What do we expect from you?
  • Fluent knowledge of English language
  • Min 5 years of experience in strategic indirect procurement
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Business driven personality, entrepreneurial, pragmatic, and hands-on
  • Knowledge of IT procurement sector (hardware, software, software development, licenses), digital & e-commerce would be the advantage
  • Organizational and communication skills, independence
  • Strong analytical and presentation capabilities (EXCEL, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to work in a matrix organization with a varying maturity of local businesses
