Currently we are expanding the structure of Group CRM Team and search for Salesforce Power User who will help with implementation and latter on maintenance and tunning of common marketing automation solution across all the countries. Required education: High school diploma
Required languages: Czech, Slovak or other CEE language (Proficient), English (Advanced)

- “Power user” of Dr.Max marketing automation solution (Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Interaction Studio)
- The most advanced user of SFMC among non-technical users
- Designs end-to-end multi-channel campaigns tailored to the business needs
- Supporting countries‘ campaign managers, CRM managers etc. within semi-technical questions around SFMC usage
- In development phases helping articulate business needs to architects & developers
- Cooperating in testing scenarios setting and testing itself
- Actively sharing know-how and spreading knowledge of the tool among colleagues in Dr.Max countries
- Demonstrated knowledge of marketing technologies usage, design, development and/or implementation
- 3+ years of experience working with marketing technologies (Sales Force Marketing Cloud, Adobe Marketing Cloud, Oracle Marketing Cloud, Exponea, MS Dynamics, etc.)
- Deep understanding of business objectives and translating them into the optimal & efficient solution within the Marketing Automation tool
- Procedure-oriented, well organized, technically savvy and possess strong critical thinking skills
- Proactive, a creative thinker, eager to learn about marketing, be detail-oriented, analytical, and a self-starter
- Very good English oral and written communication skills. Able to compile and communicate technical documentation. Able to build and present a use case from closed projects
