Head of Supply Chain Process & Systems

Dr. Max is the leading pharmacy chain in Central Europe. In every country where we are active, Dr.Max is dedicated to improving the level of health care available by guaranteeing access to a broad assortment of medicines and pharmacy services. Pharmacies are currently present in 6 countries (Czech Republic, Slovakia, Poland, Romania, Serbia, Italy) with great expansion plans across Europe for the near future. So at the moment we are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Head of Process & Systems for our Holding Supply Chain CoE organization. The leader will oversee the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of processes and systems within our global supply chain organization. The role will be responsible for assuring communication with supply chain and local teams, driving standardization, implementing state-of-the-art processes, and ensuring a single repository of information across all the Supply Chain ‘active’ Geographies in an omnichannel pharmacy retail environment.

What will be your responsibilities?
  • Develop and lead the Process & Systems CoE to drive process standardization, implementation, and continuous improvement initiatives across the organization, with a focus on leveraging supply chain 4.0 technologies and concepts
  • Create and manage a single repository of information that ensures data accuracy, completeness, and consistency across all systems, leveraging digital supply chain solutions where appropriate
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure a comprehensive understanding of business requirements and objectives, including consultants from relevant field-related activities
  • Implement and maintain process documentation, training, and change management programs to ensure successful adoption of new processes and systems, with a focus on promoting a culture of continuous improvement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and implement new systems, processes, and tools to improve supply chain efficiencies and customer satisfaction, leveraging emerging technologies and operational best practices
What do we expect from you?
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in supply chain management, operations management, engineering, or related field
  • Strong relevant experience in supply chain management
  • Experience in process design, implementation, and continuous improvement in a global environment, with a focus on leveraging supply chain 4.0 technologies and concepts
  • Strong knowledge of supply chain processes, tools, and systems, including ERP, WMS, WCS, TMS, EDI, as well as emerging technologies such as AI, blockchain, and IoT
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including consultants from relevant field-related activities
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on global management of continuous improvement activities
