Product Development Specialist - Dr. Max Own Label
Dr. Max is the leading pharmacy chain in Central Europe. Our pharmacies are currently present in 6 countries (Czech Republic, Slovakia, Poland, Romania, Serbia, Italy) with great expansion plans across Europe for the near future. Dr. Max Own Label provides a wide range of pharmaceutical products sold exclusively in Dr. Max pharmacies in all our countries. It includes licensed (OTC and Gx), and non-licensed products (food supplements, cosmetics, medical devices, etc.), currently covering the portfolio over 1400 products in total. At the moment we are looking for a Product Development Specialist to join our Non-Licensed team.
Required education: University Degree
Required languages: Native Czech/Slovak, English (advanced)
Employment form: Full-time work
- Product development of non-lincensed products including food supplements, medical devices, cosmetics etc.
- Preparation of the product specification, technical files or sales argumentation
- Cooperates on the new product formulations while adhering to cost, ingredients, and quality parameters
- Completes organoleptic and physical tests on samples
- Brings new ideas how to improve current/future products and conducts market analysis, identify trends and opportunities
- Communication with production sites, local commercial teams, and internal teams such QA, regulatory and labelling, market access and business operations
- University degree in Life Science, Pharmaceutical, Chemistry or Medical
- Minimum 2 years of experience on a similar position, especially product formulation
- Creative and innovative thinking skills
- Work independently and keep project timelines up to date
- Good team player with a great communication skills (ability to work in cross-functional teams)
- Native in Czech/Slovak and advanced level of English
