Regulatory Affairs Trainee - Dr.Max Private Label Licensed Portfolio

Dr.Max is the leading pharmacy chain in Central Europe. Our pharmacies are currently present in 6 countries (Czech Republic, Slovakia, Poland, Romania, Serbia, Italy) with great expansion plans across Europe for the near future. As our portfolio of licensed products (generics) in Dr. Max Private Label is steadily growing, we are searching for a Regulatory Affairs Trainee. This is maximum 20 months long trainee program in which you will join the specialized regulatory team registering Dr.Max private label generics in various European countries. You will work 20 hours per week and learn the processes connected to production, registration and distribution of medicinal products. After the completion of the trainee program, you will be fully fledged specialist in this area.

What will be your responsibilities?
  • Coordination and responsibility for parallel import projects
  • Cooperation on preparation of submissions of variations, renewals (DCP, MRP, national procedures) within CEE
  • Cooperation on preparation of new registrations
  • Translation of Product Information to local language
  • Review of artworks
  • Administrative support and internal database handling
  • Cooperation with other internal teams and service providers
What do we expect from you?
  • Life-science student (pharmacaeutical, chemistry, biology)
  • Ability to work part time, 20 hours per week
  • Motivated and proactive undergraduate with interest in registration of medicines and willingness to learn
  • Attention to details and ability to adapt to change
  • PC skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Communication skills (ability to work in cross-functional teams)
  • Fluent English (native Czech or Slovak)
