Artwork Development Officer - Dr. Max Own Label
Dr. Max is the leading pharmacy chain in Europe. Our pharmacies are currently present in 6 countries (Czech Republic, Slovakia, Poland, Romania, Serbia, Italy) with great expansion plans across Europe for the near future. The Artwork Development Officer will be responsible for coordinating the development and updates of the visual design of product packaging within the Dr. Max own-brand parapharma portfolio, including food supplements, cosmetics, medical devices and other healthcare products. Required education: Secondary school/ University degree
Required languages: Native Czech/Slovak, English (advanced)
Employment form: Full-time work
- Maintain the existing product portfolio by coordinating artwork updates due to legal, market, or product changes
- Develop new artworks based on approved product information, prepare clear on-pack marketing communication and briefs for external design agencies, and coordinate the approval process
- Review artworks and print-ready files to ensure accuracy and compliance with approved texts, designs, and brand guidelines
- Communicate with design agencies, manufacturers, and printing houses regarding technical requirements, proofs, and production quality
- Work with internal systems and follow established artwork processes
- Cooperate with Product and Packaging Development, Product Lifecycle, Regulatory, and other teams to deliver projects successfully
- Good project management and organizational skills
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for design aesthetics
- Proactive, open-minded and enthusiastic
- Good team player
- Native Czech/Slovak and advanced level of English
