Business Development Specialist - Dr. Max Own Label
Dr. Max is the leading pharmacy chain in Europe. In every country where we are active, Dr. Max is dedicated to improving the level of health care available by guaranteeing access to a broad assortment of medicines and pharmacy services. Our pharmacies are currently present in 6 countries (Czech Republic, Slovakia, Poland, Romania, Serbia, Italy) with great expansion plans. At the moment we are looking for a Business Development Specialist who will be a member of our Dr. Max Own Label commercial Business Development & Portfolio Team. Dr. Max Own Label products are bestsellers in our pharmacies — they’re a core part of our business. So you will have a great opportunity to expand this portfolio across our 6 markets.

Required languages: Native Czech/Slovak, English (advanced)
Employment form: Full-time work
- Contribute to the management and optimization of the Dr. Max Own Label portfolio through product performance monitoring and portfolio analysis
- Analyse sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and support commercial decision-making
- Assist in evaluating new product concepts and business opportunities within strategic product categories
- Support supplier management and sourcing activities, including market research and quotation processes
- Ensure the accuracy and maintenance of product and supplier information within internal systems and databases
- Support the preparation of business cases, reports, presentations, and other analytical materials
- Previous relevant experience on a similar position at least 2 years. Or enthusiastic graduates are also welcome!
- Analytical thinking and a genuine interest in understanding commercial performance, market trends, and consumer needs
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across different teams and stakeholders
- Working knowledge of MS Excel and the ability to manage, structure, and analyse data
- Interest in leveraging digital and AI-powered tools to improve efficiency, support decision-making, and enhance day-to-day work processes
- Fluent Czech/Slovak and advanced level of English
