Data Product Owner
Dr. Max Group is building a Global Data Platform – a shared BI and data capability serving 6 countries. We are looking for a Data Product Owner to take full ownership of a specific data domain, from vision and prioritization to successful delivery. The Role in a Nutshell: As the single point of accountability for your domain, you define what gets built and why. You bridge the gap between business stakeholders and the delivery team, ensuring we always work on the things with the highest value.

Vision & Roadmap: Define and maintain the product strategy for your domain, aligned with group business goals.
- End-to-End Backlog Ownership: Manage the entire flow - from intake and prioritization to final acceptance.
- Stakeholder Management: Actively engage with business leaders to gather needs, manage expectations, and validate delivered value.
- Agile Delivery: Break down requirements into actionable user stories and coordinate sprint planning/reviews with your team.
- Process Integrity: Ensure all work enters through one official backlog and promptly escalate capacity risks or dependencies.

4+ years of experience as a Product Owner/Manager in a data or BI environment.
- Strong Data Background: Solid understanding of BI concepts to hold informed talks with developers and architects.
- Agile Mindset: Practical experience with Scrum/Kanban and tools like Azure DevOps.
- Communication Skills: Ability to translate complex business needs into delivery-ready requirements.
- Fluent English: You will work with international colleagues on a daily basis.
