What will be your responsibilities?
  • Take ownership of a designated product area as a senior business analyst within the product team
  • Translate business needs into well-structured, actionable requirements and solution proposals
  • Act as a strategic partner to the Product Owner – participate in prioritization, development, and long-term vision, while bringing your own ideas to the table
  • Continuously evaluate the effectiveness of implemented solutions through data analysis and business intelligence
  • Communicate with stakeholders across 5+ countries, balancing shared goals with market-specific requirements
  • Conduct GAP analyses and define system and process improvements
  • Collaborate closely with development teams – read and understand technical documentation, API specs, and Swagger definitions
  • Confidently defend and explain your proposed solutions with clear logic and data-driven arguments
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of both our products and our analytical practices
What do we expect from you?
  • 4+ years of experience in business analysis, ideally in e-commerce or digital product environments
  • Ability to quickly grasp complex contexts and take ownership of assigned topics
  • Strong business mindset with the ability to communicate across both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Experience working on multi-country solutions and tailoring approaches to different markets
  • Confidence to present and defend solutions, supported by logical reasoning and relevant data
  • Understanding of system integrations (like ERP, warehouses, retail, finance, …), and ability to work with technical documentation and APIs
  • Hands-on experience with Agile methodology (backlogs, user stories, sprints) while being supported by MS tools (Azure, …)
  • Analytical skills and experience in working with data tools (BI/reporting/Google Analytics)
  • Experience in regulated environments is a plus
  • Fluency in Czech and English
