Group Data Scientist

The group level headquarters Dr. Max BDC is expanding the Marketing team and we are looking for a Data Scientist to join us. - Design, develop, and deploy data-driven features that enhance the customer omnichannel journey, improve personalization, and optimize the overall digital and retail experience
- Build solutions AI-first — use coding agents and LLMs as a standard part of the development workflow to prototype faster, generate and review code, and shorten the path from idea to production
- Apply LLMs inside analytical products themselves: automated insight generation, product and content tagging, recommendation and personalization logic
- Visualize results that clearly communicates findings to stakeholders at all levels
- Work with the latest technology stack: Azure, Databricks, PySpark, and latest AI tooling
- Keep humans in the loop — validate model and agent output, and uphold data governance standards
- Make a tangible impact on the shopping experience of millions of customers
- Enthusiastic Data Scientist willing to support largest pharmacy retailer on its data-driven strategy
- Previous relevant experience in a similar position is more than welcome
- Being familiar with some of these technologies: Azure, Databricks, PySpark, SQL, Power BI etc.
- Ability to work independently and keep timelines
- Ability to manage complexity, attention to details
- Fluent Czech/Slovak and advanced level of English
