Group Head of Marketing & Communication

The Group Head of Marketing & Communication is responsible for defining and driving the overall marketing and communication strategy across Dr. Max Group. This role ensures a unified brand presence, fosters collaboration across markets, and develops a structured marketing framework that balances strategic leadership with local adaptability. The role oversees all aspects of brand management, digital marketing, communication, content, social media, UX/UI, and SEO/GEO/AEO, ensuring alignment with the company’s business objectives and the Dr. Max CARE vision, mission, and culture.

What will be your responsibilities?

Strategic Leadership & Alignment

  • Define and implement the group-level marketing and communication strategy
  • Develop a centralized marketing governance model
  • Guide and oversee local market marketing teams
  • Lead marketing innovation and digital transformation

People Leadership & Collaboration

  • Lead, mentor, and develop the Group Marketing & Communication team
  • Facilitate collaboration between group and local marketing teams
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders (Commercial, Product, Operations, HR,...)

Brand & Communication Management

  • Own and evolve the Dr. Max brand framework
  • Develop and oversee corporate communication strategies
  • Ensure the creation and maintenance of brand communication guidelines
  • Lead the development of a group-wide campaign toolbox
  • Monitor and measure brand health and audience perception

Digital Marketing & Digital Strategy

  • Oversee performance marketing, content, SEO/GEO/AEO, and social media strategies
  • Ensure an integrated approach to digital marketing
  • Foster a test-and-learn culture ensuring continuous optimization of marketing initiatives

UX/UI & Customer Experience

  • Drive customer-centric design and user experience strategies
  • Oversee the development of UX/UI frameworks
  • Collaborate with IT and product teams
What do we expect from you?
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in brand management, digital marketing, marketing and communication roles
  • Proven experience in a senior marketing leadership role (Head of Marketing, Marketing Director or similar)
  • Excellent leadership and people management skills, including experience leading and developing high-performing teams
  • Strong track record in building and executing integrated marketing & communication strategies across multiple channels and markets
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to collaborate across local teams, departments and senior leadership
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to combine creativity and analytical thinking
  • Ability to align marketing activities with overall business objectives and commercial growth
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English
