Group Integration Lead

Dr. Max is the leading pharmacy chain in Central Europe. The group level headquarters Dr. Max BDC is expanding the structure of the IT team, so we are looking for an experienced Group Integration Lead. This is a newly established role which will be a part of our Group IT team and this person will be responsible for definition and leading integration architecture for Dr. Max Group.

What will be your responsibilities?
  • Leading the implementation of the new Enterprise Integration Platform (iPaaS) through the whole Dr. Max chain
  • Be end-to-end responsible for the Enterprise Integration Platform architecture including the planning, delivery, release management and operation
  • Establish and enforce integration standards, guidelines and best practices
  • Manage the vendor and/or internal team delivering and maintaining the Enterprise Integration Platform
  • The ratio between technical and management knowledge will be 60:40
  • Work closely with stakeholders, project teams, and system experts to deliver integration solutions
  • Lead the design and implementation within a variety of projects in a collaborative, fast-paced environment for the Enterprise Integration Platform
  • Automate deployment using Terraform and CI/CD pipelines
  • Design innovative software solutions to real market problems
  • Work on the architectural synergies and standardization of current IT solutions
  • Ensure the overall integrity of the architecture following the architecture principles
What do we expect from you?
  • 10+ years experience in IT, at least 5 years in the role of Integration architect/Enterprise architect
  • Knowledge of integration patterns and protocols (e.g. pub/sub, synch/asynch, reliable delivery, CDC, APIGW, CQRS, etc.) and at least one integration platform
  • Knowledge of any cloud provider, preferably Microsoft Azure
  • Project management and/or Agile methodology knowledge and proven experience
  • Ability to prioritize and manage work to critical project timelines in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to develop new approaches to complex design problems
  • Great interpersonal and communication skills
  • General knowledge of business processes in a complex organization
