Group IT Finance & HR Solutions Manager
Dr. Max Group is the leading pharmacy retail chain in Central and Eastern Europe. We are looking for a Group IT Manager - Finance & HR to own the strategy, delivery and continuous improvement of our Finance and HR application landscape across all countries. Reporting to the Group CIO, you will work closely with the Group Finance and HR leadership teams to turn business needs into standard, scalable IT solutions used across the Group.

- Strategic Leadership: Define and lead the global IT strategy, priorities, and roadmaps for Finance and HR enterprise applications, in close alignment with the Group Finance Officer, Group HR Officer and their teams.
- Operational Governance: Oversee the implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of global Finance and HR application platforms.
- End-to-End Finance & HR Management: Drive the roadmap for ERP, financial consolidation and reporting, tax management, payments, and HR systems (HR management, performance, talent, payroll).
- Program Management: Govern major IT programs, including process design, functional validation, and post-go-live stabilization.
- Financial Oversight: Manage global budgets and perform cost-benefit analysis for IT investments.
- Innovation & Excellence: Establish functional competence centers and ensure the leveraging of AI within your domains.
- Expertise: At least 8 years of experience in IT leadership, Product/Project Management, or Program Management.
- Technical Depth: Strong background in Finance systems (ERP, financial consolidation and reporting, tax management, payments) and experience implementing HR systems.
- Education: University degree in IT, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Leadership: Proven ability to lead international teams and manage senior stakeholders (CFO, CHRO, Group CIO).
- Language: Fluent English is a must; Czech or Italian is an advantage.
- Industry: Experience in retail is a significant plus.
