What will be your responsibilities?

Brand and Communication Strategy

  • Align and oversee brand and communication strategies across markets, ensuring consistency with the business vision and our values
  • Act as the key contact person for markets, providing guidance and support to ensure local strategies align with the overarching Group strategy
  • Ensure brand consistency across all channels and touchpoints in the European markets
  • Track trends and share best practices from industry and markets to keep Dr. Max ahead

Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Act as the main contact person for brand and communication initiatives across countries and internal teams
  • Build partnerships with teams and external agencies remotely

Global Campaigns Management

  • Desing, plan and execute global marketing campaigns to strengthen brand equity
  • Collaborate with local teams to adapt campaigns while maintaining unity

Creative Development

  • Oversee the creation of engaging content and visuals that resonate with diverse audiences
  • Guide teams to deliver storytelling that highlights the unique value proposition of Dr. Max
What do we expect from you?
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in brand management, marketing or communication roles
  • Proven track record of successfully managing cross-market brand strategies
  • Strong understanding of brand equity building, same as digital marketing, media planning, and campaign execution
  • Strategic thinking paired with a hands-on approach to execution
  • Flexibility and adaptability to navigate diverse markets and challenges
  • Czech/Slovak and advanced level of English
