Group PIM Content Strategist

- Playing a key role in developing and maintaining our product content strategy across 6 countries and platforms, including our websites and social media
- PIM Rollout and Implementation Strategy & Governance
- Work closely with IT, eCommerce, and local content teams during the rollout and continuous improvement of the PIM system
- Oversee how product information is created, enriched, validated, and published across countries and platforms
- Ensure product data accuracy, completeness, and consistency across markets
- Monitor product data quality and drive improvements through KPIs and regular audits
- Lead cooperation among local content teams and agencies to share best practices, coordinate work, and reduce duplication
- Promote the “create once, deploy many” approach for reusable product content and asset templates
- Monitor product content performance and identify opportunities for optimization (SEO, completeness, accuracy, conversion)
- Previous relevant experience with PIM systems, product data management, or structured content operations at least 2 years
- Strong structured thinking and project management skills
- Great understanding of taxonomy, attributes, data quality, and content workflows
- Familiarity with CMS platforms, SEO basics, and product content optimization
- Strong communicator and collaborator – you will work with 6 countries and multiple teams
- Experience with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Looker Studio, PBI) is a big plus
- Fluent Czech/Slovak and advanced level of English
