Group UX/UI Expert
Dr. Max Group headquarters is growing the Marketing & Communication team, and we're looking for a Group UX/UI Expert to join us. Right now we're three designers and one researcher, a small but close team that works together every day. We're a pharmacy, and we take the experience around healthcare as seriously as the medicine. Every channel, every touchpoint, and accessible to everyone. Come help us build something people actually enjoy using. We are looking for someone who owns their work from early discovery to measuring how it performs once it's live, but shares it long before it's done. You'll work independently when you need to focus, and then come back with questions, ideas worth discussing and work in progress screens. We value work-in-progress as much as polished presentations. Honest feedback goes both ways here. You're curious about the people using what you design, and you bring that curiosity into how you work with others too. You'll be across a lot of teams every day: product owners, developers, business analysts, content strategists, CX, researchers, colleagues in other countries. Building real working relationships, not just sending files, is a big part of this job. We each have different strengths on this team, and we lean into that. Someone who wants to learn from others and contribute back across different phases of the process will feel at home here.
