IT Support Specialist

At our group headquarters, Dr. Max BDC, we are expanding our IT team and looking for an IT Support Specialist. - Managing IT requests and incidents end-to-end in ServiceNow as the primary ticketing tool
- Handling user management processes including onboarding and offboarding (access and hardware provisioning and deprovisioning across Windows and macOS environments)
- Supporting end-users across Microsoft 365 apps and utilizing available admin portals, including device management via SCCM and Intune
- Providing hands-on support for office IT equipment including meeting room technology, printers, and peripheral devices, as well as event assistance upon request
- Assisting with equipment logistics including relocations and hardware movements within the office, and processing vendor purchases
- Maintaining accurate IT asset records in ServiceNow, reflecting hardware changes, assignments, and updates in a timely manner
- Building and contributing to the IT support knowledge base to enable self-service and consistent issue resolution
- Collaborating with team members and proactively identifying opportunities to simplify, automate, and improve core IT support processes and tooling
- 1-2 years of relevant experience in IT support or helpdesk operations
- Hands-on experience with ticketing tools, ideally ServiceNow
- Practical knowledge of Windows and macOS environments
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 apps and admin portals
- Experience with device management tools such as SCCM and Intune is an advantage
- Strong soft skills, including good organizational skills and time management
- Comfortable supporting C-level management, with the discretion and responsiveness that requires
- A proactive, service-oriented approach to end-user support
- Fluent Czech and English, with strong communication skills
