IT Support Team Leader
Dr. Max is the leading pharmacy chain in Europe. Dr. Max pharmacies are currently present in 6 countries (Czech Republic, Slovakia, Poland, Romania, Serbia, Italy) with great expansion plans across Europe for the near future. We are seeking an IT Support Leader to join our team. If you possess the ability to provide IT support and demonstrate a creative mindset for enhancing IT support processes, you are a great fit for this role. You should be passionate about continuous learning and personal growth, with a strong desire to expand your knowledge in various IT operations and infrastructure areas. In this position, you will collaborate with your team members to serve as the primary point of contact for Dr. Max employees located in our office in the heart of Prague.

- Serve as a primary point of contact for request handling, incident resolution, and technical support.
- Lead and mentor IT support staff, providing guidance and training.
- Monitor IT systems using tools and alerts; manage incidents and service requests.
- Administer and support end-user systems, including:
Windows 11 and macOS; Microsoft 365 (Teams, Outlook, OneDrive, SharePoint Online); Microsoft on-premises systems (Active Directory, file shares, Exchange). - Manage user accounts, permissions, and IT security compliance.
- Oversee IT asset management, lifecycle, and vendor relationships.
- Drive process improvements, automation initiatives, and contribute to IT projects.
- Support reporting, budgeting, and technology evaluation efforts for our HQ.
- Proven leadership of IT support or operations teams.
- Proficiency in administering Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and related authentication services.
- Broad technical knowledge of core infrastructure:
- Networking principles (TCP/IP, DNS, Security).
- Server OS fundamentals (Windows Server, Linux).
- Professional fluency in English with exceptional communication skills.
