Junior Solution Architect

Required education: University Degree
Required languages: Czech or Slovak, English (advanced)
Employment form: Full-time work
- Collaborate with our architecture team on evolving our e-commerce platform into a modular, microservices-based omnichannel solution
- Work closely with Platform and Product development teams to align technical solutions with business goals
- Help create and maintain clear, high-level architecture documentation
- Communicate with architects and stakeholders from other departments about integration possibilities of our platform
- Support decision-making by summarizing outcomes of technical discussions and helping to structure next steps
- Co-steer architecture alignment efforts and help teams stay on course with our architectural vision
- Hands-on experience designing and building distributed systems (ideally in the e-commerce or B2C space)
- Familiarity with microservices architecture and cloud-native solutions
- Good grasp of system design principles and best practices
- Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Ability to think critically, troubleshoot systematically, and work independently
- Experience with Lucidchart or similar diagramming tools
- Fluent English; native-level Czech or Slovak is a plus
