Pricing Specialist - Dr. Max Own Label
Dr. Max is the leading pharmacy chain in Central Europe. Our pharmacies are currently present in 6 countries (Czech Republic, Slovakia, Poland, Romania, Serbia, Italy) with great expansion plans across Europe for the near future. Dr. Max Own Label provides a wide range of pharmaceutical products sold exclusively in Dr. Max pharmacies in all our countries. It includes licensed (Rx and OTC medicines), and non-licensed products (food supplements, cosmetics, medical devices, etc.), currently covering the portfolio over 1400 products in total. Dr. Max Own Label team is growing, and we are looking for a Pricing Specialist to join us.
Required education: University Degree
Required languages: Native Czech or Slovak, English (advanced)
Employment form: Full-time work
- Develop pricing strategies for new product launches and existing products in various markets (CZ, SK, PL, RO, IT)
- Conduct detailed competitor analysis to identify pricing trends, product positioning, and potential market opportunities
- Regularly analyse and evaluate company costs to ensure pricing structures remain competitive and sustainable
- Create price lists and maintain price database
- Generate pricing performance reports and dashboards to provide insights
- Prediction analysis for newly generified APIs
- Monitor and maintain compliance with all pricing regulations, government policies, and industry standards
- Analyse of decisions issued by local authorities to identify pricing impact on the company´s portfolio
- University degree - Business/Economics/ Finance or a related field
- At least 1 year relevant experience on a similar position/ or fresh graduates are also welcome
- Good knowledge of MS Excel
- Attention to details, strong analytical skills and ability to manage complexity
- Flexibility in dealing with different cultures and cross-functional teams and handle change (of rapidly growing company, team and processes)
- Native Czech/Slovak and advanced level of English
