Product Strategist

Purpose: Execute the assigned team's product vision and strategy in collaboration with PMs and POs by translating it into clear, actionable priorities. You take a requirement, understand it, and drive it end-to-end (through discovery, backlog, delivery, and into production) across the whole product department and the countries we operate in. You validate and prioritize work strictly aligned with product strategy or management decisions, ensuring only the most valuable initiatives are pursued.

Address: Na Florenci 2116/15
Required education: Required education
Required languages: English (advanced), Czech or Slovak (benefitial)
Employment form: Full-time work
What will be your responsibilities?
  • Product Vision & Strategy • Own the product roadmap for the assigned team. Communicate and drive the long-term vision, aligned with stakeholders, and continuously adapt it based on feedback and evolving priorities.
  • Backlog Management • Prioritize and maintain the product backlog, ensuring it reflects the most valuable and impactful features for the team to work on, in line with business objectives.
  • Team Management • Review work-item progress, ensure the team members are well-supported and focused on the right tasks.
  • Stakeholders • Engage with key stakeholders across BDC and countries to gather and validate insights, adjust priorities as needed, and manage expectations around deliverables.
  • Sprint Planning & Execution • Collaborate closely with the Tech Lead and development team. Ensure the right work is prioritized, user stories and acceptance criteria are clear, and be available for reprioritization during the sprint.
  • Decision-Making & Problem-Solving • Make key product decisions, balancing business value, technical constraints, and market requirements. Resolve roadblocks end-to-end ---> the requirement is yours from analysis through to a working solution, not a ticket handed off half-defined.
  • AI-Assisted Product Work • Use AI tools as a standard part of daily work - processing requirements and feedback, preparing prototypes, drafting product materials and analyses, potentially even code. This is a core expectation of the role from day one, not a nice-to-have.
What do we expect from you?
  • AI-native product experience - you already use AI as a standard part of your product work and have hands-on experience applying it across the product lifecycle. You take ownership end-to-end, from understanding and validating the requirement through prioritization and delivery to a working solution in production.
  • Experience in product management, product ownership, or a similar role (ideally in a fast-pacing environment).
  • Strong ownership mindset - you take requirements from discovery and prioritization through delivery and into production.
  • Ability to prioritize based on product strategy, business value, customer impact and technical constraints.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, including working with international teams.
  • Fluent English; Czech or Slovak is a huge plus.
What do we offer?
  • The opportunity to shape products used across multiple European markets.
  • Real ownership and influence over product priorities and outcomes.
  • An international environment with colleagues across different countries and functions.
  • The opportunity to use and shape AI-native ways of working in product management from day one.
  • Flexibility: A flexible working environment tailored to modern standards.
  • Package: Discounts in pharmacies, fully paid Multisport Card, meal vouchers, contribution for Lítačka etc.
  • Modern offices in Prague and friendly colleagues on top!
